 The Empowered Healer Coaching Group is designed for licensed healthcare professionals such as physicians, dentists, hygenists, nurses, therapists and psychologists.

iIn this Private Coaching Group you will:

 •Create an Empowerment plan based on 12 key areas of  your life.

•Ongoingly monitor and modify your Empowerment Plan for optimal success.

•Become aware of  the micro and macro symptoms and interventions to prevent relapse of burn out or other healthcare conditions.

•Create a self care plan that is accessible even in the most difficult times.

• Receive Judgement free, peer supported process.

•12 two -hour sessions either weekly or bi -weekly, online or in person. Optional weekend intensive Fri. evening through Sunday.

•Followed by 6-9 months of monthly check ins and Empowerment Plan support.

Connect With A Community Just for Counselors & Therapists!

The Empowered Healer Community is a social community exclusively for counselors and therapists to address the isolation we can experience as a result of our profession.  This is a peer led professional social community that provides opportunities for self care, social events and authentic connections. We focus on self-care and shared learning without diagnosing or treating “problems” or giving advice. The Empowered Healer Community is for meaningful peer social connection. It is NOT therapy, life coaching, business networking, consultation, CE education,  political axe grinding, supervsion OR therapy. Professional Deportment is required.

Participants in the social community have described it as "safe" "non-judgemental" and compassionate. Sometimes we focus on optimal fulfillment in our work and personal lives. Sometimes it feels like a meaningful connection where you are seen and heard. Sometimes it feels like a life class where we experience profound awareness that expands our capacity to become more of who we are here to be. In this community, we discover our optimal best as Empowered Healers. As your host, I am here to help navigate the community through this process, I’m not your therapist or your life coach. Affordable monthly contribution. We meet both in person for Oregon licensees. We have meaningful conversations,  retreats, art classes, share our unique talents, find ways to contribute to our community and more!

Prerequisites: A license in the healthcare profession. ( M.D., R.N., LPC, LCSW, etc.) 2.) Be in good standing with your licensing Board. 3.)  In good standing with your employer and professional community. 4.) Have completed the Empowered Healer Coaching Program.
